Keep an eye out for the Omnislash and Belt of the Trove, as both belts will further assist your 4-piece setup. I easily cleared the GR20 and most players could and should make a ton of improvement on the gear by cubing useful Legendaries, finding other useful Legendaries to wear or craft along the way, including getting the Sanguinary Vambraces from Act 1 Bounty Caches (especially if you're looking for a Ring of Royal Grandeur at the same time). I used 0 paragon, which you would likely have a few levels of by the time you go for your GR20 and I also did not use a Follower.
